  • Your order will be executed as soon as the payment is cleared and the transfer of the amount to our bank account is confirmed. Clearing time varies from bank to bank and is not included in the estimated delivery time of the product as indicated on the website and at the final stage of your order
  • Your deposit needs to be made within 3 business days unless otherwise agreed. After 3 days, the products may no longer be available
  • Orders of “made to order” products may require an advance payment

• Payment and receipt of your order can be made at our store, Lekka 12, Syntagma, PO Box 10562 1st floor, tel. 210 3226981.
  • As long as the products you are interested in are “Immediately available in the store”, the collection can be done at any time you wish
  • If there is no ready-to-deliver item, the delivery time is 15 working days or upon other agreement.
  • Orders will remain in store for 6 business days.
  • Orders of “made to order” products may require an advance payment

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
